As UX design evolves, and as AI ability increases, one of the most cutting-edge areas is conversation design. Conversation design is the process of defining the purpose, experience, and interaction guidelines for a user experience with AI conversation systems. Think of Alexa, Siri or the chatbot you interact with on any website these days. The more natural that interaction is the better the user experience is, and the better customer satisfaction is.
Companies are investing into conversation design to improve their customer interaction and better use their AI technology. With this trend comes many new opportunities in UX design and AI development.
In this seminar we will learn about the current state of conversation design and how the work in the field is developing. We will hear from current expert in the field from the US.

Speaker
Matt Penna is an award-winning art Director 25+ years user experience designer for such brands as Bank of America, Disney, Berlitz, Volvo, ADP. He has also started several businesses in the areas of music production, web design, and coaching. His most recent venture, UX Tactical, is a consulting and education company.
In this seminar, he will go over what it means to be a conversational designer (CxD) in today’s market, and also touch up upon the 7 points of what makes a successful user experience designer at any stage of their career.
