3D Background Designer, C&R Osaka Game Studio, In-house Recruitment

・Produce 3D background models for games
・Design layout of background assets  
・Create texture setting using material design and shaders
・Set up an airy aesthetic using lighting and post-effects

　Main tools used: Maya, 3dsMAX, Zbrush, SubstanceDesigner

・Experience using DCC tools such as Maya and 3dsMAX
・Experience using sculpting tools such as Zbrush
・Have a keen interest in game visuals
・Possess the ability to take the initiative and be self-motivated　
・Team-oriented with a strong communication focus

Preferred Qualifications 
・Experience with high-end console development, such as PlayStation4 
・Experience developing games with Unity and Unreal Engine 4 
・Production team leadership experience
